Objective 10's healthy-life-expectancy figures verify against the WHO GHO API — and its 2031 endpoint is corrected from ~65 to ~64.2 years
All five HALE figures match the live WHO GHO API (WHOSIS_000002, data stamp 2026-10-01) — no vintage conflict; pace figures check out (0.214/yr 2012-2019; 120% pace = 0.257). The card's endpoint fails its own arithmetic: 63.2 + 4 x 0.26 = 64.24 — reaching 65 would need 210% of the pre-2020 pace, not 120%.
